Two RPS stars making runs at school scoring records

East senior Kabrea Jamerson (left) and Guilford junior Kate Dennis (right) both are making runs at their school’s all-time scoring records.

Jamerson has been on a tear since passing the 1,000-point mark over the Martin Luther King weekend. She scored 45 points in a double-overtime loss to Guilford last week and followed it up with 38 points against Jefferson Saturday in her Rumble In The Rock game.

Jamerson now has 1,123 points. The East school record is 1,265 points set by Mardaeja Cross in 2017.
