Guilford pitcher signs with Indiana State

Max Klein, a left-handed pitcher for Guilford, on Monday signed a scholarship to play for Indiana State, an NCAA Division 1 program. Klein led the Vikings to a 9-9 conference record and 12-11 overall. The Vikings play Rockford East in the IHSA regionals on Thursday. The Sycamores are 29-22 this season.
