19 District 205 girls runners advance out of IHSA regional

ROCKFORD – The girls cross country teams from Auburn and Guilford advanced to sectionals out of the IHSA Guilford Regional Saturday.

Those 14 runners will be joined by four individuals from East’s cross country team and one runner from Jefferson.

Auburn sophomore Tayor Wartell was the top RPS runner Saturday, finishing 12th overall with a time of 19:48. Caitlin Ehrhardt of Guilford was next highest, coming in 29th.
